Wairau Stone Referral Reward System

EFS1 Ltd trading as Wairau Stone would like to welcome you into their Advocate reward structure.

We appreciate the important part you play in recommending our products to suitable people. We also understand the difficulty in conveying all the detail of such a technical product and are happy to demonstrate the products fully while still recognising your contributions.

For a simple and small fee we will equip you to with the necessary materials to promote Wairau Stone when and wherever you see fit.

This may be done on a passive or active basis. As part of that process we will notify you whenever an enquiry emanates with your details. At your request we will inform you of progress made towards any rebates or commissions. Please follow the rules and protocols to help us all benefit with no confusion from this process.

Rules and Protocols

1. Wairau Stone will establish a reward for the first person (advocate) to notify them of a pending enquiry from a third party. This will be measured by date and time.

2. The authenticity of the notification will be gauged by the inclusion of the enquirers name, proposed site, and scope of works.

3. Any enquiry that is accompanied by an approved form will be logged as an advocate issued enquiry regardless of prior notice.

4. Any notification of an enquirer that comes from an advocate after the enquirer has already started dealing with Wairau Stone will be deemed as a negotiable or null commission/ rebate. Should this eventuate Wairau Stone shall be the sole judge of the outcome.

5. No discussions shall be entered into with Wairau Stone on any of its final judgments.

6. Wairau Stone will distribute commissions and/or rebates to the responsible advocate on a paid if paid basis only. A completed contract with payment must occur before payment.

7. All payments are GST inclusive unless prior notification is received from the advocate.

8. The advocate shall indemnify Wairau Stone and its affiliates from any tax related obligations. All tax obligations pertaining to the payment shall be the sole responsibility of those paid.
